Tom was super helpful, and made the buying experience easy, despite me being over 5 hours away from the dealership.

I instinctively refrain from giving 10/10 for very good service (there should always be some room for improvement) ... but this time it is precisely what Richard and James in particular deserve from me ... a big fat 10.
In the early days of Mclaren I had an MP4-12C which proved to be troublesome and at the time was serviced 70 miles away. Not good.
I vowed that if McLaren opened near Leeds, one day I would own another and when the Artura was released I felt as-if this was a car designed to my spec ... and then the very first reviews were ??
Two + years later the car is receiving glowing reviews from multiple respected sources and many of the '25 model year improvements are available in a software upgrade, so (tired as I am of the attitude of Porsche OPC's) I felt that it was time to take the Artura very seriously.
Having a technical mindset I was extremely impressed when Richard (a very friendly sales person) introduced me to James (their Master Technician) to talk through my many questions and thoughts. My questions weren't simply satisfied ... I am now completely convinced that should I have any issues whatsoever (and I don't expect any) ... that the McLaren Leeds team will look after me.
I had found and therefore bought my McLaren Artura.
Impressions ? Better than I dared to hope ... and every bit as good as the reviews. You should try one !!

McLaren Leeds have been great because the staff treat you with respect and seem to be interested in you as a person, rather than merely as a profit opportunity, They thoroughly deserve repeat business. It has been less than straightforward on each occasion that I have bought a vehicle from them and they've done everything possible to ensure that I've been completely satisfied with the experience.
